Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm all-purpose flour
  • 100 gm unsalted butter cold, cubed
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk optional, for consistency
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  • Add the cubed butter and rub it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract. If needed, add milk to bring the dough together.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  • Use easter biscuit cutters to cut out bunny shapes.
  • Place the biscuits on a lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden at the edges.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack before decorating or serving.
