- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
- 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- ½ Cup White Chocolate Chips optional
- ½ Cup Crushed Peppermint Candy optional
- ¼ Cup Butter stick
