  • 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

    Rinse the broccoli and cut it into florets. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
    In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Make sure the broccoli is well-coated.
    Spread the seasoned broccoli evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
    Once done, remove the broccoli from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
    Sprinkle the roasted broccoli with Parmesan cheese while it’s still warm, and toss to coat.
    Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Serve immediately!
