Christmas Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
- 100 gm Cream Cheese Softened
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 gm Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped (Optional)

- Fresh Herbs for Garnish
Instructions
- Peel and Boil Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized chunks. Boil in salted water for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Drain and Mash: Drain the water and return the potatoes to the pot. Mash them while still hot.
- Add Creaminess: Stir in the cream cheese, milk, and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season: Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve Hot: Transfer to a serving dish. Top with extra butter and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
