  • 500 Gm Carrots Peeled And Sliced
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • A Pinch Of Salt
  • 1 Dash Black Pepper Optional

  • Drizzle Of Honey
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Carrots: Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds or sticks, as preferred.
  • Melt The Butter: In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add Sugar And Spices: Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  • Cook The Carrots: Add the carrots to the pan and mix them with the caramel glaze.
  • Simmer Until Tender: Cover the pan and let the carrots cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Check Glaze Consistency: Remove the lid and cook for another 2–3 minutes to thicken the glaze.
