Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Ham 5 lb
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cloves
  • Dash of Black Pepper
  • Optional Topping
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the Ham in a baking dish and score the surface in a criss-cross pattern.
  • Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Coat the Ham: Pour half the glaze over the ham, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  • Bake: Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Add More Glaze: Remove foil, pour the remaining glaze over the ham, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
  • Caramelize: Broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  • Rest and Serve: Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
