Ingredients
- 1 cup 125 gm all-purpose flour
- ½ cup 100 gm unsalted butter, softened
- ⅓ cup 35 gm black cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup 65 gm granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk as needed
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter and sugar until creamy.

- If the dough feels too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface to about ½-inch thickness.
