Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 125 gm all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup 100 gm unsalted butter, softened
  • cup 35 gm black cocoa powder
  • cup 65 gm granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk as needed
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter and sugar until creamy.
  • Add the black cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour and combine into a dough.
  • If the dough feels too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
  • Roll the dough on a floured surface to about ½-inch thickness.
  • Use a cookie cutter to shape the biscuits.
  • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
