  • 1 cup 200 gm granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon and ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base Dough:
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Gradually fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the Dough:
  • Divide the dough into three equal portions for variations.
  • Make the Variations:
  • Mix chocolate chips into one portion for classic chocolate chip cookies.
  • Add cinnamon and ginger to the second portion for spiced cookies.
  • Stir rainbow sprinkles into the third portion for colorful funfetti cookies.
  • Shape and Bake:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll dough into small balls or use cookie cutters for shapes. Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
