Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm goat cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Crackers veggie sticks, or toasted bread for serving (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Drizzle of honey
  • Extra chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble it into small pieces and set aside.
  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool, then chop.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, sour cream, honey, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the cooked bacon and toasted pecans to the mixture. Mix gently to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, veggie sticks, or toasted bread. Enjoy warm or chilled!
