Bacon Pecan Goat Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 200 gm goat cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup pecans toasted and chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Crackers veggie sticks, or toasted bread for serving (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble it into small pieces and set aside.
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool, then chop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, sour cream, honey, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked bacon and toasted pecans to the mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with crackers, veggie sticks, or toasted bread. Enjoy warm or chilled!
