Christmas Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Slices Bread preferably day-old
- 2 Cups Milk
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- ½ Cup Raisins optional
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Butter melted
- Pinch of Salt

- Whipped Cream
- Caramel Sauce
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Tear the bread into small pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the custard mixture over the bread, making sure all the bread is soaked.
- Sprinkle raisins on top, if using.
