Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
  • ½ Cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 8 Ounces Brie Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Optional for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into 12 squares.
  • Place each square into a mini muffin tin, gently pressing them down to fit.
  • Cut Brie cheese into small cubes and place one cube into each pastry square.
  • Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie cheese in each square.
  • Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
