  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Water

  • Pineapple Chunks

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.

  • Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large baking pan.
  • Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan to prevent the ham from drying out during cooking.

  • Once the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C), remove it from the oven.
  • Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, depending on your taste.
  • If you have leftover glaze, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. It also makes a great topping for vegetables or potatoes.
  • Serve this ham with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete holiday meal.
