Classic Breakfast Waffles Recipe
Golden, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside classic breakfast waffles are the perfect way to start your day. Quick to make and endlessly customizable with your favorite toppings, they’re ideal for any morning!
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with a drizzle of oil or a dash of non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and well-combined.
