Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Baker's Peanut Butter (creamy)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Optional Toppings
- Peanut butter drizzle
- Chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, if using.
- In a small bowl, melt the Baker's peanut butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until soft enough to swirl.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Then, drop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top. Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl the peanut butter into the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean, with just a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes
- Baker’s peanut butter adds the perfect creamy texture to these brownies, but if you prefer, you can use other peanut butter brands as well.
- If you love extra peanut butter flavor, feel free to add more peanut butter chips to the batter or top the brownies with a drizzle of peanut butter after baking.
- Make sure to not overbake the brownies; they should be soft and fudgy in the center. A few moist crumbs on the toothpick are the perfect sign!
- Chocolate chips are optional but add a great extra layer of chocolatey goodness.
