Firstly, take a large bowl and add combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix it gently.Â

Whisk the Wet Ingredients
In a another bowl, beat the egg, then add milk butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.Â

Combine and Rest
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until just combined. Let the batter rest for 5-6 minutes.

Heat the Pan and Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly brush with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes until golden.
