Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 200 gm mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 50 gm Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Optional: 1 dash of chili flakes for extra heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan generously on top of the bread.
  • Place the bread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice into smaller pieces and serve warm.
